Time Trax - flying police car.

This is the police car our heroes get around in.

A full size nose section had to be made for the actors and so the design had to be reasonably simple. The model was wood and putty then moulded to produce a fibreglass shell.

There was a motor inside to turn the fan as well as internal lights. There were also multiple mount points for the motion control shoot.

We also dressed the interior of the full size set. Time was short and access impossible as set builders worked on it until the last moment. So we built all the components in the workshop.....

..... then installed it all the night before the shoot. We worked right through the night, packing out as the film crew were packing in. Very tight.
